Complain

I'm very disappointed with telkom. I took a Wi-Fi router package with mobile talk in Jan. The Sim card was never activated. I called, sent emails even went to Telkom shop at Lakeside mall non happened. I was stuck with the non working router for 3 months. I'm very upset with the service. End of March they called me to activate the simcard but with more money but with the same package. I canceled the deal with the immediate effect. They came and fetch everything they gave me but end of April they started debiting and still debiting on my account. I tried to call them but I can't get hold of them. I'm sick and tired of this service and these people are ruining my credit records. I want every cent that was debited on my account and clearing my name. I'm giving them 48 hours. I am still taking this further. I'm very upset. This needs to be sorted.
