Cheated out of my money!

My name is Liz Collen, i have also been duped into taking a contract for R199 per month for 5 gig data. I assumed that once my data was up, the system would automatically shut my service down until my next bundle became active. You must understand that I budgeted for this amount to be taken off my account, yet at the end of this month, I saw that R530.00 had been taken. I am going to cancel this, as I have asked several times for my so called contract in paper form so that I can know what I signed up for, and to date havent received anything. I spoke to a person this morning 03.03.2016 and after being sent from pillar to post and R25.00 airtime later, still had no answers. Now, if they are truly affiliated to Telkom, how is it then that when I went to telkom's offices in Springs, the lady there told me that she cant help me as this company does not belong to them?<br> <br> I want action on this, otherwise i will be forced to report them to the Consumer Ombudsman.
