Cancellation Nightmare

<p>I was phoned by someone who said they were from Telkom, I was offered my upgrade which I was more than happy to take (2 monts before the end of my current contract) . I then received my LTE router and Sim card, but on the same day I found a far better package from another ISP. So on the same day that I received my package I phoned the number I was provided and cancelled my upgrade which I am legally allowed to do as it states in the contract (take note that I did not even open the router box or use the sim card). I have now been busy with them for 3-4 days, trying to get them to come and collect the router and trying to cancel the contract, as they only cancel it once they have received the router back. Every time I phone, they tell me they are escalating the problem to their collections division but they cannot provide me with their contact details and someone from that division will get back to me shortly. To this very moment, I have yet to be called by someone form that division or received any notifaction from their courier to say they are collecting the package. I have even phoned Telkom to ask what is going on and they keep telling me they dont see the cancellation on their side, but they also cannot help at all. I phoned, RAM hand to hand couriers to ask about their collection and they say they havent heard anything from Mobile Talk. I have also asked to speak to a manager from mobile talk, only to be told that they will tell me the same thing. I insisted that I would like to talk to a manager to which they told me it would take him 24-48 hours to get back to me. All the while, they have cancelled my current LTE internet package and I am sitting without internet at home/my business.</p> <p> </p>
