Cancelation of contract

I am trying to cancel my contract with telkom but it seems like they don't want to help me that. I have spoken with 4 different consultants and all give me 4 different months as to when my contract ends.. I know for sure that I made the contract on 12 March 2019 but they are giving me different dates. I feel like they are forcing me indirectly not to cancel my contract. I just want someone who knows what they are doing to please help me cancel the contract.
