Cancelation of contract and debit order **** services

Noone contacts you at all,you have to call like over ten times,there services to attend to clients is useless and noone attends to hello Peter and they take forever and my account has been debited for unsatisfactory service and I canceled my contract within the 7 day period and the amount debited is R198 which needs to be credited into my bank account cause I don't have any accounts with telkom.
