cancel contract debitorder went off

this is my third complaint on Hello Peter on the excact same problem which I am trying to solve from November 2015!! anna contacted me on 17 February after the previous complaint. She contacted me after i explained the situation And let me know that they will be cancelling my contract. Because of mobile talks mistake. She arranged that the devices was picked up from me and I had to email my bankstatements of the payments I already made. The day before yesterday, 15/03 another debitorder of R538,00 went off to Telkom! I did not recieve any feedbacks on the payments I made already, how and when will it be paid back and then Even if i do not have the devices and contract another debitorder went off from my account!!!
