********* business practice, stay away from this company!!!!

My reference number is MT-***5-1. I got a call today from Mobile Talk with an offer for a Telkom data SIM card for R59 (10GB day, 10GB night surfer) which I accepted. I EXPLICITLY refused all the other offers that the agent offered and since they claim that all their calls are recorded, this can easily be verified. In the call, the agent as well as his manager confirmed my order for what I signed up for. To my surprise, immediately after the call I get confirmation emails and SMS’s saying that in addition to the Telkom data SIM card, I’ve also signed up for a Home Essentials MT @ R199 - SafeBase, Peeq, Fix My Tech, R100 Airtime Rewards Plus. I did not sign up for this at all. I’m so upset that I did not read these reviews before going ahead with the order because now I see that this is how this company operates which is completely ******* and *********. The agent that called me even gave his manager the phone to confirm the order with me so this was not a mistake, this is clearly how they operate! I will not rest until they cancel this subscription. These people must be held accountable, they cannot get away with this kind of business practice.
