Bring back my money

I received a call a few weeks back mobile talk was offering me a pocket router and I ask them for a different route Nd very thing was processed received an email Nd s.m.s saying I don't qualify... Ok I have accepted that Nd realised why. Today I get an s.m.s notification they deducted money from my account for that router I didn't qualify for .... Mobile talk can u kindly refund my money and take my name off ur database as I don't have time to be reversing Nd demanding my money back everytime
