BLATANT LYING OF TELESALES PERSON

I accepted an offer via the telephone and when it arrived at my house it was not compatible with the system we had although the sales person assured me that it would work. This was on 24th Nov 2015. I then phoned and cancelled contract and was told that someone would contact me. I called again on 9th Dec and was told to complete cancellation forms by Charmaine Ma***o which I did and sent to her and to cancellations. At present I have have spoken to the following people: Feroza on 8th Dec, Dumelo and Charmaine on 9th Dec,Zakona on 13th Jan, Olwethu on 16th Jan, Valencia and Selo on 23rd Jan, Mandy on 11th Feb, Mbaleate on 15th March, Namazwazi and Apewagwazi on 16th March,kedibole and Levi on 29th March. My case now already has 2 case numbers: ***6 and ***2 but both have been closed without anyone even speaking to me. The latest now is that someone tried calling me, but when I asked on what number, they had the wrong contact details for me. Yesterday when I spoke to Levi, he told me that someone tried calling me but could not tell me when they tried!!!! Everyone above has promised to cancel contract, BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!! ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS!!! USELESS!!!!
