Blatant lies to push a sale

I was contacted by Mobile talk offering me a 10gb deal at 299 a month on Telkom LTE. I enquired about signal in my area and was promised a download speed of at least 15mb/s and upload speed of 8mb/s on the LTE network. The sales rep took my street address and she confirmed I would have LTE coverage. Today (29 July 2015) I put on the router only to receive a 3G signal. I phone Lerato at the support centre only to be told I will not have LTE in my area. She also has the audacity to ask me if I went to a Telkom store to verify signal in my area before signing up with them. Why should I go to Telkom if the sales rep took my address and confirmed signal at my home. I see this as a blatant LIE from the sales rep to get the deal. I gave notice to cancel my contract as a result of this. Now I'm told it will be escalated and the recordings will take 48 hours to be available. Worst part is, they are tricking many people with this ****. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE ********!
