Billing after order was cancelled

Mobile talk contacted me and I agreed to a cellphone contract but cancelled it on Monday the 14th dec because it took too long to be delivered. Today on the 18 th dec the first deduction went off via debit order after I cancelled the contract and did not even receive anything. Please reverse the deduction and stop the debit order.
