Billing

I am very disappointed with Telkom, selling lies to people, I was sold ADSL line on condition that my existing LTE wifi will be cancelled at no fee. I AGREED to this deal only to be told later that I will be charged for cancellation the agent that sold me this service was Allissa whom I have been trying to contact with no luck she never told me that there will be a cancellation fee. Despite numerous mails and phone calls, I am still being billed for something i did not agree to
