Billed by Mobile Talk and Telkom Mobile and unable to make a single phonecall

<p>My new Huawei Tablet could never make a single phonecall . I received it 28 May and was billed on 15 June for R301.52 by Telkom Mobile and R169 by Mobile Talk .The simcard never worked and even after a new simcard and a simswop still not. Why did 2 companies deduct money from my account for 1 device that never worked even after numerous emails and calls</p>
