Beware of Mobile talk they are ********,***** stars and Rude

Two weeks ago I received a call from a lady claiming that she works for Telkom,she offered me a 24 months contract 5GB router....she later added an additional contract on my name without my concern a 10GB 24 months contract... When I I tried calling them to get an explanation as to how this happened their call center agent where rude and not helping.. Tried canceling both contract 3 days later of which they came and collected their router within a day but untill today date nothing has been done they keep on sending me from pillar to post and when I call Telkom they are telling me that there is nothing they can do from their side, I have to call mobile talk so that they can cancell those two contracts... It's been two weeks now and nothing has been done I call them everyday to check if they have cancelled the contracts all they tell me is they are still busy with the cancellation.. MOBILE TALK, They are ********.. ***** stars and rude
