Beware of Mobile talk and doing agreements on the phone

I received a call from a Mobile talk consultant claiming they are working for Telkom ( June 2019) and the consultant offered me UNLIMITED wi-fi Data deal which includes a cellphone that is only available through them as Telkom is moving people to wireless devices so they have special offers, I had verified with him numerously if its unlimited DATA just to clarify and make sure if its not a **** and he agreed. After a couple of days i called their customer service to request for my contract since the delivery had been arranged for the following week and he said I will receive the contract on my email after 48 hours but it never came through. 3 Days later the wi-fi router & cellphone package came through and no contract was enclosed with the package , I phoned Telkom directly and i was informed that it is misinformation I must not open the package & I called back Mobile talk to inform them & i have been informed that its not unlimited data its 1 gig wifi data and a cellphone, i have cancelled and requested for a reference (846096) cause i need to take this further. because im afraid i will not get any feedback like with the contract documents which were stalled or collecting their package just to exhaust the 7day period i have been given for the package to be collected back. People please be carefull and not do any agreements on the phone...
