Bad Service from Telkom

I took Telkom router contract which was advertised that the premium will be R145 per month for 24 months, now I have been overcharged and when I ask for the hardcopy of my contract they send me up and down, Today I spoke to the lady by the name of Koketso Baloyi, she try to help me but still she was not able to get me the hardcopy of my contract, I asked for her Team Manager , Busisiwe Sibamba to get the hardcopy of my contract but the team manager didn't want to speak to me... Want I want to know why they still have team manager if they can able to speak to us or resolve our problems And Now am going to report Telkom to NCR as they overcharged us
