Bad Service from Telkom Cellular Contract. *Money ******ion*

Telkom has failed to debit my contract as per the contract agreement. They want to enforce penalties for non-payment whilst the liability is on their side. I asked why is the account not being debited, and the reasons they gave I was able to prove they are incorrect. For example they said I has insufficient funds, which was not true.
