Bad service from Telkom

I am deeply disappointed by the manner in which Telkom Vanderbijlpark treated me.I went to their branch at Vaal Mall on Monday to do a simswap,to my surprise they could not help me telling me to come back on Tuesday. I availed myself again on Tuesday where they only gave me a sim card that was not activated and they promised to process everything in my absence thereafter they will give me a call.I am deeply hurt because am stuck with this sim that is not working. Two days passed already and no call from them.This Telkom Vaal Mall branch really does not care about its customers.My request is that somebody from Head Office to help us and rescue this branch because the image of this company will be portrayed in a very bad manner as well as its services to the customers.
