Bad service from Richard telkom mobile store sandton city

I received horrible service from telkom store in Sandton City, I took a contract on the 3rd of October and I was assisted by Richard. The simcard is not working. I have made more than 10 call to this Guy and he is not responding. Telkom Send me a link to rate the service and I wrote the feedback, no follow up on this was made. How am I expected to pay for a contract that I cannot use. What makes most upset is the lack of feedback. Richard is very unprofessional and should not be allowed to service customers with this type of behavior.
