Bad service

I took out a contract with Telkom where the consultant struggle with the package. I have an existing Telkom prepaid Sim and have asked the consultant to place my contract on the existing Sim which she failed to do. I ended up with a new number and had to be Sim connection fee. Employees need more training they waisted my time I had to go back over and over to the store so my contract can be finalized
