Bad Service by Mobile talk

Such bad service sending me all over the place. I took out a modem from them has been deliver to me more than a week ago and I have no connection to the internet at all. How sloppy can a business be dont they have to see the product they selling through until the customer is happy. Refer me to telkom to sort it which is another problem as you cannot get through to them EISH!!!!
