BAD SERVICE

I responded to Facebook ad and placed an order for a wifi router (Telkom) 20gig to my suprise they delivered 10 gig today I was billed twice R159. 00

The agreement I had was 20gig for R119.00 and R100 once fee Mobile talk or Telkom come n collect this wifi clearly mobile talk is ******** ppl

I Hve been trying to call the offices there is no answer at all it's 5 days now calling I'm not getting any response
