Bad service

I went to Telkom outlet at ChrisHani Mall to perform a Sim swap, they told me I could do so by paying an amount of R100 and my sim will be activated in minutes but it wasn't I had to go back there three days later where I was harassed by the consultant and they told me they going to block my sim card if I report them...what a bad service and *********** stuff members... # ***** must fall
