I took a contract with mobile talk and received my tablet on the 29 January15, two days later I tried putting in the sim card, then the sim stuck inside the tablet, so I called mobile talk and spoke to Dashnee Naidoo, she advice me to book it in since it was still under warranty, she advice me again that in case of negligence I will be liable to pay for the repairs, she then booked it in, it was collected on the 3rd of february and on the 15th of february repair center called me to say that I have to pay R680 for repairs, I told them that I can't pay that money, they shouldn't repair it so they advice me of another fee of R188.10 for admission fee, I asked what for they said whenever you book an item in, when you don't pay for it to be fixed you are to pay the admission fee, I told them that I wasn't told of admission fee they said I should have been told by people who booked it in, so I called mobile talk and spoke to Shannon asked him why wasn't I told that if I don't agree with the quotes I will be paying a certain amount of money, he said mobile talk doesn't operate like telkom, I should pay that money or take it up with telkom, when I call telkom they refer me back to Shanonn
