Bad service

I took out a contract with Telkom at gateway some years back, I eventually paid it off. A manager at the time named Tami, who now apparently works at Phoenix plaza gave me cancelation forms and I canceled along with whatever I owed. To my surprise I get a call from Blake saying my account has been handed over. Now this is what I call oppression of the black child. How do you hand over an account that has been paid up and closed? it means somebody didn't do their job and now innocent people like myself must pay for other people's incompetence. It is indeed and unfair because I asked the gentleman from Telkom if my account was paid up and he said yes These big companies must stop enslaving our people myself included. We work had for our money. No this will affect me because I was planning on buying a house soon but now with this over my name it will prove to be difficult.
