BAD SERVICE

on the 01/12/2015 i received a call from the consultant from mobile talk who tried to sell me a contract, it was a very good deal and took it on the spot , the consultant had advised me that i will receive the phones in 5-7 working days...a month had passed i had called trough and had been advised twice that the courier compnay was going to deliver it last week already...my account had already been debited on the 19/12/2015!!!just yesterday i received a call from the courier company to say that it is out of stock!!!this was supposed to be a christmas gift for my mother!its really poor service!dont fool your customers and be so convincing with your deals and dont deliver!why debit my account when i have nothing?i am not phoning you guys to cancell, you better cancel!this is a **** like i suspected!
