Bad, poor and greedy service

I paid my bill via eft and still my account suspended and funds not allocated to my account. My line is been terminated and I submitted my proof of payment since 29th June and there is no help. Please allocate my funds and cancel my contract because of not valuing your clients, call centre and its team leaders just a waist of time, I even went to Loch Logan for help but still I feel like I waisted my time.
