Assistance required with contact details

I need to cancel my Mobile Talk contract from Telkom and the call centre is on lockdown therefore I cannot talk to anyone. Does anyone have an email address for me that I can send my request through to and then can at least have this 'logged' on 1st day of the month in order to give my 30 days notice?
