Appalling Telkom SERVICES!!!!

Telkom. Has to be the worst network service provider imaginable, I've never received a single statement for my cell phone contract but have been billed every month and I've enquired about it over 5 weeks ago but still no response from them, they sending me messages that my account is in arrears but it has been paid every month. Their call center agents are rude and constantly drop the call once they hear the enquiry, as if it's too difficult to resolve so they drop the call.

I'm fed up with Telkom and would advise anyone who wants to use their services to rather use a better network with a better customer service.
