Appalling service

Telkom is the worst eva in customer or call centre agent's that bull****s...... I paid my account in December 2021till now the payment is lost or hanging somewhere yet i used telkom app to pay it Just to call in and query dis was told to make a payment agian using the app nothing loaded again and for dem to debit again.... So i paid not once but thrice my account still shows i own them WHAT THE HELL is happening there clearly they cant do they work as im still waiting for a manger to call me back... And was told a query takes 24 tob72bhours...just to close it off with out being sorted... Now its escalated again day 2 and no feedback
