I have been hearing about the bad reviews about Telkom and now I got to experience it myself....my line has been closed since 2december them claiming that I have not paid,I call them everyday and send them my bank statement as proof that they debited my account but still my line has not been opened. Everyday I speak to different agents and they are the pits not helpful at all,some of them even lie...soo unprofessional,they give give you bogis numbers and email addresses when you want to complain.
