Agreed terms breached

My goodness! I cannot believe this company!<br> <br> Firstly they contacted me as though the consulted was from Telkom Mobile and after agreeing to taking the contract I later I received an sms from Mobile Talk congratulating me for taking the contract. I later visited hellopeter.com and saw the bad reviews on the company.<br> <br> Anyway, they just delivered the phones and I'm not happy with the following:<br> 1. The phones are both purple
