Agent **** to get me to enter into contract

An agent called me to sell a new contact to me. I was on ADSL and she tried to convince me to sign up for a mobile data contract. She told me that I was only using 7Gb of data per month on average. That convinced me to change to the wireless contact.<br> <br> Afterwards, I found out from my ISP that my average monthly data usage was about 80 Gb.<br> <br> It is very difficult to get anyone from Mobile Talk to take this up with. Their call centre personnel are not very helpful in this regard,
