Very bad service from Mobile Signal Boosters

I purchased signal and wifi boosters from Mobile Signal Boosters (online shop) on 1 May for R4 596.20 and have been waiting 6 weeks for delivery. I followed up a few times and was given the excuse that the delay was due to Covid-19. After following up again I was contacted by Khosi Mpiti of TNT Express Worldwide and advised that Mobile Signal Boosters had undervalued the goods for Customs purposes and that a penalty had been charged. He stated that if payment was not made within a week the goods would be sent to the government warehouse. I alerted the sales agent from Mobile Signal Boosters (Mia Davis) of the Customs issue and asked her to liaise directly with Khosi Mpiti of TNT Worldwide Express in order to resolve this. A few days later when I asked for an update, Khosi Mpiti advised that Mobile Signal Boosters had still not contacted him. Mobile Signal Boosters is liable for the penalty which appears to be causing a further delay. Mia Davis is extremely non-responsive when I ask for an update and when she does finally respond her standard response is "I am waiting for confirmation". I have received ridiculously bad service from Mobile Signal Boosters and would not recommend them to anyone.
