No refund as promised and no product

I am totally disappointed in the service we have received from this company. We ordered a booster from them but it took forever to get to us so we cancelled. They have a money back guarantee on their website we paid -+R3700 and Mia the sales consultant keeps on making excuses. Saying they haven't received the booster back in their stock. But it went back to them with their own courier.
