NO PRODUCT DELIVERED - NO refund

Ordered a product online in October 2022. This was 4 months ago. Paid in cash. The product was promised to be delivered over and over again. They promised for the last few weeks that they will refund me, however this does not happen. You can not talk to the Financial department and their emails are slow to response and basically gives you the run-a-round. I am getting the feeling that this is just a ****. They don't have any stock. They just **** people out of their hard earned money.
