I am still waiting for a reply. Today it has been 35 working days since I have placed and paid my order in full (49 Days from placing the order). Waiting for the last 13 of these working days, for a reply. Is there not even one member of your team, who can reply on emails?

I’ve placed my order on 29 September 2022, knowing, as per your website it will take up to 11 days to arrive = ETA +- 14 October 2022. On 7 October 2022, you told me another 2 weeks needs to be added to the delivery day, due to some issue = ETA 21 October 2022 On 24 October 2022, I received an email from you, that there is movement and that my parcel has been marked as URGENT. 27 October 2022, I asked for an update – no reply. 31 October 2022, I asked again, no reply - and up to now, 17 November, still no reply.
