Flash Mobile Trailers, apparently owned by Mondli Zikhali and Mondli Majozi on tik tock

This a **** . We made a agreement to pay the transport fee (R1500) and the mobile kitchen trailer was supposed to been delivered today on this day, however we were told around 15:00 that we must pay R3500 in order for the trailer to be delivered to us, which was not the actual agreement we had. The agreement was that we will pay the full amount once the trailer has arrived. Mondli advised that the trailer will be delivered today 21/06/2025 , now he says there was a lot of deliveries made and cannot reach us today , we were only told of this when we asked how far is he with the trailer around 14:30 via whatsapp.

We requested for our refund as the trailer is not coming to us today which was the agreement.

This is extremely poor and unprofessional service, we cannot be told at the last minute that the trailer is not coming due to high demands or deliveries, that should have been communicated earlier in the morning or yesterday and then to be told we must pay R3500 for the trailer to one to us.
