Stay away if you don't want to be ****med

So after being called out, coming to do a 10 minute assessment of the machine and then requesting payment of the call out fee, I have now been waiting for 2 weeks for a quote and it seems it wont be coming at all. My messages are not being read and I am being ignored. It seems this one man band is all about raking in the call out fees with no repairs going to be made. Stay away if you don't want to be ****med
