These technicians came out to do 'a repair' on my stationary bike and the bike appeared fixed. I paid them R1100 as per the invoice sent. The first time we tried the bike again, it appeared that the repair had not been effective and the issue that I had called them for, remained. They then said they would get a quote for a replacement part and I did not hear from them again, despite calling and leaving messages 3 times. I am assuming it means they are not going to repair the bike and that they took my R1100, but for no repair.

Professional service
Simon from Mobile Gym repair, replaced my treadmill belt. I was quite upset when I realized a new belt will almost be the same price as another (secondhand) treadmill. Simon came out the next day after my call, he had to cut a new belt because they didn't have the size he needed. He kept me posted every step of the way, and installed it within 3 days. Great service will definitely use him again. Professional, and on time

Simon from Mobile Gym repair, replaced my treadmill belt. I was quite upset when I realized a new belt will almost be the same price as another (secondhand) treadmill. Simon came out the next day after my call, he had to cut a new belt because they didn't have the size he needed. He kept me posted every step of the way, and installed it within 3 days. Great service will definitely use him again. Professional, and on time

DONT USE THEM PLEASE
I fully agree with all the reviews posted for this "so called company". Supposedly replaced my motor, with a new motor, in 2024, and have had endless problems since then. Call them to make appointment don't turn up for these appointments, don't answer called, don't answer messages. I can go on and on. People please don't use this "so called company". they should not be doing business.
