Poor servoce

I should have read the reviews, before making contact with this company. On initial call out for service of treadmill, he came, gave a quotation for the call out fee plus service. When I tried to use the treadmill 2 days later, it wasn't working properly, I contacted him and he said he will call me back he didn't. I contacted him again and he said he will come the following day. I waited and no one came. He did not even call back to apologise or explain why he didn't come, just silence. Please avoid this company, very unprofessional and poor follow up.
