Zero customer service - Would not recommend to anyone

A month later and my account still locked. Issue not resolved. No follow up, no respose to emails, no calls to fully resolve the issue even after complaining on this platform. I cannot view my statement and can't even purchase. Mobicred does not have a customer support team, worst service provider ever. They are not bothered. If I could rate them zero I would.
