****yy company called Mobicred more like Mobi****

Mobicred is a very pathetic service provider.

I was in arrears for my May instalment because they somehow increased my instalment without my knowledge and the money I had left was enough for the instalment I knew and not the new one. I then had made arrangements to pay the instalment into two halves (of which I did). I paid the first half before the 09th of June and the other half on the 30th of June and then sent the proof of payment to them.

However, what makes me angry and unhappy is that the money I paid was not deducted from the balance I am currently owing. How is that? How is it that I paid the money but it does not reflect on my account? This month’s (June) debit order then went off and also, they not deduct it from the money I am owing. I have been ********** by this horrible mobicred. I know a lot of credit service providers that will do the right thing even if a client was in arrears, they deduct the settled amount in arrears from the balance being owed.

Their agents reply with scripted answers everytime and they don’t even reply to emails. What a ****ty service provider. NONSENSE!!!
