Xolile from Mobicred understands and values customer service

I called in the customer service line and had to hold for more than 45 minutes to speak to a consultant and she still could not help she told me to call again after 24hrs she sounded like she really does not care , i will never call in that is for sure .consultants on the phone needs customer service training .i spoke to 2 different people and they treated me the same ( I was even considering closing this account after those calls as i did not owe anything on it ).The rating i am giving is for the service i got from the whatsapp consultant Xolile .this consultant made me forget about the horrible experience i had on the phone and gave me the best service i will remember for a long time and because of his service i ended up buying using this account and will only continue using whatsapp for service never calling again .Thank you so much Xolile keep on servicing the customers according to their needs and assist them to realize their dreams :) i give 10 stars for the turn around created for me on the experience i got earlier .
