Would not recommend

My mobicred account was paid up and even overpaid by R800, however when I closed the account they stated that the funds will be processed on a Wednesday and paid into my account on a Friday. THIS WAS TWO MONTHS AGO!!!! Every time I contact them to find out what the hold up is, they state that they will call me back and that the matter has been escalated, but NO ONE is getting back to me. This is such a big mission and for something so simple. I cannot believe this utter unprofessional service!
