Worst service ever, wouldn't recommend the company to any other person.

I am very heart broken and irrate with the service level I got from mobicred, knowing they have an sla of 7 working days and have sent a request to them past 3weeks to finance but never got any acknowledgement neither someone calling back, the finance department is so power to the fact that they need to start hiring people that know their job because they are failing, if u want to be transferred to the depart its a huge sorry, SPOKE TO A GUY CALLED BRANDON REGARDING DOIND ADVANCE PAYMENTS ON MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I CHECK MY STATEMENTS I DO MOT SEE ALL THE 5 ADVANCE, I HAVE SENT EVEN PROOF OF PAYMENTS OF THE INCORRECT ACCOUNT I HAVE DEPOISTING ADVANCE PAYMENTS TOO, ACTION THE REQUEST BEFORE I TAKE THE MATTER TO THE OBUSTMAN BECAUSE REALLY YOUR SERVICE IS POOR. I WON'T RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR THE COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET, RATHER SELECT ANOTHER OPTION FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.
