Worst service ever. Stay away. No customer service.

On the 28th Mobicred asked me to make payment. Apparently my debit order failed and but money was in the account.

They ask me to make an EFT which I did and the same day reprocessed a debit order. Now I am struggling to get a refund for my duplicate payment. I have sent you a dozen of emails and you still have contacted me to resolve this issue.

If I don't hear from you by end of this week I am suspending your debit order mandate and stopping your debit orders. You guys really suck. I have to pay for your mess up.
