Worst service

So far I haven't I don't have anything good to say about the company, the application process is such a nightmare and as for trying to chat with someone on whatsapp well that's just another story on its own. As for emails don't even bother cause wow they just don't respond, the call center agent some of them are very helpful but some it's just a waste of time. All in all doing an application with them is simply a nightmare, I have submitted the documents which were confirmed on Thursday and did follow up and was told it takes about 24 to 48 hours for the application to be approved and I have been trying today to contact them via WhatsApp dololo. Calling one needs a landline cause I'll hold forever that's is f I can get through. So far not impressed and just wants to get hold of someone and cancel the application
