Worst ever credit provider

I will never recommend mobicred to anyone. This is one bad credit provider i have ever seen. I am currently informed that my account is in arrears from the credit bereau whereas i know that i have paid the account in full and also add an extra amount in my account. I am currently preparing to report them to the ombudsman. I have sent them many emails and they do not bother to reply to it. They are ****** of note and anyone who is intending to join them must think twice before doing that. I wonder how regulators give such institution operating licences i am of the view that their licence be revoked.
