Worst customer service on planet earth!

After numerous attempts to get my query resolved and this now being more then 5 months now i feel like writing this review. Customer service is the worst ever. Say they will call you back but never do. Seems they are working in a totally different timezone. Maybe there office is on Mars!

Account is now up for review for more then 5 months. When I opened the account no problems, but once you used it and they get there money timeously each month by debit order they come with this s#@t. Dont do business with this company. You will regret it.

Made more phonecalls to them in the last 5 months to sort this out then ever phoning my own family

USELESS **** COMPANY!!!
